MathType

This isn't a typical calculator or math program that is designed to help students in school with their math problems. It's a program that gives you a space to enter an equation so that you can use the symbols that are available to get the answer. This is a program for those who don't like working on equations on a piece of paper or who might not understand how to complete an equation. Students who are in college could benefit from the program since there are advanced problems given in class.

One of the best things about the program is that it features numerous symbols that are found in almost any equation that you could find online or in a math book. It is compatible with other programs that you might use online, which is a benefit for those who need to send an email with equations or who need to create lessons or documents for a class or for work.

The program allows you to easily change the equation so that you can see the various ways that it can be answered. Another feature is that you can change the colors of the equation so that you can easily see each component of the problem in order to understand how to solve it instead of just getting an answer. There are nine tabs that give you access to some of the features that are used the most in the program. Each tab is labeled so that it's easier to see. Font sizes and designs can be customized, and you can add your own shortcuts to the program to navigate from one screen to another.
